This past weekend we had a garage sale and Mackenzie really wanted to sell something. She kept picking out her toys and putting stickers on them, so I came up with and alternative idea for her......Her very first lemonade stand! I explained the the whole deal and she got pretty excited.....I told her a day too soon, so we made the sign and had the lemonade all ready in the fridge for the big day!
Here is her homeade sign......I helped a little, but she did the coloring! (thinking about entering it into the coloring contest)
We had the big pitcher full...then I would pour it into her little pitcher and it was just the right amount to fill a cup! She would give people the look, ask in a cute voice and they couldn't resist.........I'm needing a new computer.....I'm thinking we should just set her out on the corner everyday!
Uncle Brock purchasing a delicious cup of lemonade! She made out pretty good for her first time... $12 in sales....with the help of the tips she got. Most people told her to keep the change.......good thing because I don't think her 3 yr old money changing skills are up to their standards!

Well, we did tell her she should put some in her piggy bank and she could buy something.....so far nothing has been picked out!
